Terms of Delivery and Payment

Requested quantities

• The minimum produced quantity is 500 running meters per type.

In the case of the first designing for a new type according to a customer’s request we are able to produce quantities reduced even down to 200 running meters (by agreement).

Terms of payment

The terms of payment are applicable to individual business cases according to a concluded purchase contract.

Payment Facilities

• Payment in advance (invoice for advance payment)
• Invoice due within 14 – 90 days net
• Cash on delivery
• Cash payment (in case of personal collection of goods)

The prices are stated for 1 running meter (or m²), excluding VAT.

Packaging

• As a standard, fabrics are packed in PE foil and board paper or another packing as may be agreed.
• Fabrics are delivered on paper textile-tubes which may be replaced, upon agreement, with metal tubes or wooden dowels (to be delivered by the customer or to be lent by the supplier, while the customers will ensure their returning at its own expenses).
• The size of batches depends on an agreement between the producer and the customer. The standard fabric batch is from 500 to 2,000 running meters. The batch size depends on the fabric type. As regards treated fabrics, we are able to deliver 50 – 200 running meters of fabric per roll, packed in PE foil, or any other batch size according to the customer’s requirements.

Every roll or large-batch is marked with a tag describing the fabric and a bar code with respective identification signs. We recommend to keep this tag during the guarantee period for claim purposes (if any).Should such a tag be missing, the producer shall not be liable to accept a claim.

Transportation

Batches and smaller rolls with fabrics are transported in closed vehicles. Delivery terms according to INCOTERMS 2000.

Warehousing

Batches are stored laid down, piled in 2 layers at most (depending on the respective fabric type and batch weight).
